Private Classes Only

Vanessa has decided to take some time off from her rigorous schedule of teaching cooking classes for all the local community centres after 12 years, she will be writing some new cookbooks and using the time for other creative ventures.

She will however offer Private Group Cooking Classes, in the winter months only, with a minimum charge of $800.00 (for up to 8 people) Additional people $75.00 each.

The class will consist of:

2 hour hands on cooking session with 6 different dishes
Printed course materials
Dinner following where class members dine on their creations.

The following themes are available:

Seafood Dinner
Provence ( French country cooking)
Thai Cooking
Viennese/ Hungarian Cooking
Italian Country Cooking

Coming to Canada from Salzburg Austria, Gingerbread has been a big part of my life since early childhood.

Gingerbread has a long history, since medieval times it has been used because of its ability to stay fresh and wholesome for long periods of time, thus making it possible to take on early voyages and pilgrimages.
