Gourmet Popcorn Recipe

Gourmet Gingerbread Popcorn

Ingredients:

8 cups popped corn
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons molasses
1 tablespoon honey
2 Teaspoons Gingerbread Cottage Gingerbread Spice Mixture

Heat the butter, molasses, honey and spice mixture in saucepan or microwave until butter is melted. Place popcorn in large bowl and toss with liquid mixture. Spread on oiled cookie sheet and bake in 375 oven for 5-10 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Store in Cookie tin.
