Guests are welcome to use the main ground floor garden at any time.

Back terrace is free standing design

Our old storm windows added up to a whimsical garden decor, Dean wanted to throw them out but Vanessa challenged him to make something artistic out of them and he did his best.

Coming to Canada from Salzburg Austria, Gingerbread has been a big part of my life since early childhood.

Gingerbread has a long history, since medieval times it has been used because of its ability to stay fresh and wholesome for long periods of time, thus making it possible to take on early voyages and pilgrimages.

Today, I own and operate the Gingerbread Cottage, Bed and Breakfast in Victoria British Columbia Canada and work with my favorite Austrian foods- Book your stay today!
